Default my 95 teg ls wont start! help please

just finished putting a motor in my 95 integra ls, i went to start it and it cranks but wont turn over. all i get is a loud pop and compression sound from the exhaust, and i smell fuel. im getting spark i checked the plug and grounded it. i have an adjustable fpr and a gauge. the guage reads 30 psi. the car has been sitting for months, i poured a gallon of 93 octane in the tank along with some heet to dissolve any moisture in there. maybe i need more fresh gas??? the engine has been modified in just about everyway. heres a list, maybe someone can give me some ideas on what to look for.

95 ls block and head.
b16 pistons
crower 403 cams
aem cam gears, they are both set at 0 degrees
n1 crank pulley
new starter
msd blaster coil, cap and rotor all brand new
skunk2 intake manifold
type r throttle body
type r fuel pump
ngk wires and plugs
new fuel filter
b&m fpr
hi flow fuel rail
hondata s200
buddy club fan switch
handata intake manifold gasket
new odyssey 680 battery
has 320cc high impedance injectors from turbo mazda

im new to modified ecus, so i dont know if the s200 has anything to do with that. im gunna try to put a few more gallons or fuel in the tank, because if the gas gauge is working properly it says it almost empty. any suggestion good bad whatever. thanx in advance.

well this might sound like a dumb question but can i check the timing without the car running? can i check the marks while cranking it over? the cam gears are both pointing the same direction, for example if the cam gear was up, theyd both be facing up. and ill check the firing order too

Just set cyl 1 to top dead center, and check the cams.

well i got the car to start, it was the firing order on the cap. but now i got some other problems. i started the car after switching the plug wires. i think i got them right this time. the car ran a little rough so i let idle. i never gave any gas. it just idled at around 1500 rpm. i let it be for like 5 to 10 mins. i shut it off after i heard a light knocking noise coming from near the top end. i waited a few mins and started the car again, this time the car sounded like a wrx. it idled at 1500rpm for a few seconds then started idling up and down. when the rpms would drop the car would almost shutoff but then go back up to around 2000 rpm. every time the rpms droped the cel would come on. i shut the car off and checked for cel, nothing. where do i go from here??

Check your cam timing if you haven't yet.
I am assuming you adjusted the valves?
Set your ignition timing.

Check to make sure the Throttle body is closed at idle. Adjust cable until there is some slack temporarily.

Get the air out of your coolant lines.
