Default diy oil catchcan.

ok so i started out with a ac thing from a civic. and i got bored one night and thought of making a " oil catch can" out of it. ( ghetto style)
i kno ill prolly get flamed for making this and its pointless to have but whatever.

ok so i started with this. well i had to cut the top off

then i got some stuff i had laying around and i have no clue what the clear plug is off.

had to start drilling

i used 2 air compressor tips

got the clear check plug in ( to see how much oil is in the can)

had to use a hole saw to cut this one but i diddnt have a metal cutting one so i had to use a wood saw ... it made a horrible hole so i had to file it down

and with a little bit of paint i got this

i just need to drill the cap and put a filter on it .

and thats how you make a GHETTO FREE oil catch can.

Nice work. Did you put any material inside of the can? (like mesh) also any pics of it installed?

HA! It looks like a Sparks can with a 710 cap on it. That's awesome.
