Check the crankshaft position sensor, or start going through the fuel system.

if you sprayed carb cleaner in there and it ran fine I would be looking at fuel supply and maybe swap out computer with a known good one.

S300 sits inside of the stock ecu right. so you still have all the same obd1 connections, so just find you a buddy that you know has a good chipped p28 or p06 or if you can get your hands on one a stock obd1 p72. as long as nothing on the motor is drasticly changed (oversized injectors, ITB's, or stage 3 cams) you should be able to run the car on a stock ecu. the best thing you cpuld do is get you a fuel pressure gauge with the banjo bolt fitting so you know exactly what you are getting.

when i did my LS swap the problem i had at the start was the damn thing was flooded... it took me, and 2 other guys (who have done more damn swaps then i can count) like 2 hours to figure out that it was just flooded.

take your spark plugs out and disconnect your injectors and just turn it over a few times to help clear out some of the fuel. again its basic but sometimes its the basic **** is the stuff that hangs everyone up....

Good luck!
