High idle after 20 mile drive.
I went to start my car to come home from work and everything was fine...warmed up, went to 900rpm yadda yadda drove home great like normal.
Then after stopping at the end of the offramp my car is idling at 1500 in neutral and 1700 with the clutch in......Normal oil temp.

Vacuum leak maybe?
maybe the idle scew backed out, seems unlikely though.
is the idle fluctuating/bouncing at all? if so maybe it has to do with the FITV or IACV/EACV

check your FITV ( fast idle thermo? valve?) its located on the bottom of your throttle body. take it apart and tighten the screw inside. there are plenty of write ups on how to fix them. this is what my car used to do... use lock tight on the screw inside it.

well the IACV controls the idle while warm, so you might try cleaning it out with some brake cleaner. you can test it by connecting it and disconnecting it (the plug) and listen for a click, it should click if its good.
and while you're in there with the coolant drained you might as well pull the FITV and make sure the plunger inside is adjusted in all the way, they tend to back out over time.
