the car seems to be in decent shape, i was about buy one a couple monhs back he wanted 4k an it didn't look like that, alo try offering a coupe hundred bucks less

 

sounds like a steal to me... i just paid 5k for a very clean, totally stock 98 dx hatch with 97k on it. so that doesn't seem too shabby to me

I wouldn't pay more than 3200, since its droped your going to have to replace the upper control arms, shocks, lower ball joints and the inner and outter tie-rods. is everything else factory? I bought my 98 ek with a d16z6 and trans swapped in with a p28 ecu, spoon carbonfiber duckbill, gsr cluster and ls front seats, nuspeed springs (which 6 months later I had to replace the suspension because the idiot dropped the car on all factory suspension.) for $3700

it's not bad, if the interior is still good as well. also if it drives good. also dynimitejack, who the heck swap a d16z6 motor into ur 98 ek. if i were you, i'll swap it out or i wouldn't even buy it in the first place.

 

I seen that same car on craigslist. Wasn't bad looking, but the guy had said there was some quarter panel damage that wasn't too bad and he was asking $4200
