Hello everyone i have a little issuie here, i had an and obd2 f20b (blown) in my car with a h22 custom harness, tuned p06 and a convertion harness to mate the p06 to h22 harness, my question is i just got a obd1 jdm h22 and i was trying to put on my custom harness into the jdm h22 and notice that my distributor plug on the harness and the dizzy itself the colors dont match.

Since i still got the dizzy from the f20b could i just put the on the jdm h22 and call it a day or would i have to do any type of wiring since the h22 is obd1 and the dizzy is from a obd2 motor or what distributor would work with the jdm h22 with the least amount of wiring mod thanks a lot everyone. or if there is a thread can someone link me to it because i was searching all night and still very confused thanks

the f20b should use the same harness as the h22a4.

should have done some research before trying to cross OBD years.

you either have to convert the distributor or you have to swap over parts. I dunno if its possible, but maybe the f20b oil pump will work on an h22.....i dunno.

basically all i have to do is make the dizzy plug on my harness kinda match up with the one in the jdm h22 dizzy if so should be easy thanks
and by the way 98vtec or anyone what is the big difrence in the obd1 dizzy vs the obd2 dizzy thanks
