Default sohcT new dyno numbers

Had my car tuned on Tuesday. It feels faster then ever, even though the numbers are a bit lower. Tuned at 18psi on Sunoco 94 pump gas. Thanks to Corey at Slowmotion Motorsports.









Specs:
1997 EJ6 Honda Civic LX SOHC-T

D16Y7 sohc non-vtec, decked, bored, blueprinted and balanced, custom Wiseco pistons (high-temp coated), Eagle H beam rods, ARP head studs and rod bolts, Balanced, polished knife-edged crank, Cometic head gasket, stock d16y7 cylinder head, Edelbrock Performer X intake manifold, Custom 3" exhaust, Catco cat, RMS Fab Custom exhaust manifold & 3" downpipe, Tial 38mm Wastegate, ApexI N1 muffler, ApexI AX53 B60 P18 ball bearing turbo, ApexI GT front mount intercooler, ApexI blow off valve, ACT 6 puck clutch, GM 3 bar map, GM Boost solenoid, P06 ECU, Hondata S300, Precision 525cc injectors, AEM fuel rail, Aeromotive fuel pressure regulator, Walbro 255lph fuel pump, NGK plugs

The head is completly stock for the time being and it wasn't making anymore power after 6600.

not bad numbers, but Why did you go with a non-vtec setup? seems like 18psi would get you alot more power than that...but im not real sure of your turbo specs either...Good Job!

It is up and running on E85 and tuned up. Had some ignition break up issues that ended up blowing my headgasket, so that will be replaced here soon and I will get to the track for some times

I kinda like building an underdog and doing something a little differently. I am eventually going to do a y8 head and a larger turbo but this is nice for now.

Thanks for props on the "custom exhaust manifold" Danny. Sorry about those kids at BK they didnt know the situation between us. I built that manifold.

I'd like to fully build a y8 head; valves, springs, retainers, cam, port and polish. I could use some suggestions on a cam. Have any?

It's cool. It's a RMS fab manifold, downpipe and dump tube.

loving the single cam boosted, but the silicone hose that goes to the t.b looks a little bit off or too many clamps holding it.... Keep up the good work......
