Need help with EXHauST!!!!
Ok guys I have a boosted teg I am triing to build a aluminum exhaust but the fun is the parts my down pipe is stainless and the rest I want to be aluminum. Already have the piping what I need is some hangers to weld to the aluminum and some kind of flang to weld to the aluminum that i could match up with the down pipe. Can anyone help b/c tony is busy tell june can't wait!!!!
normal v-bands for the exhaust or could make it slip fit also. hangers just bend your own or use some steel clamps around the exhaust and weld hangers to that.

you have to buy your steel v-bands there too. v-bands are not all the same. make sure you don't mix brands. you can get aluminum with or without o-rings.
put hangers on the muffler and the downpipe if you can.
if you have to make a hanger on the aluminum and want it to be as strong as steel. make a steel hanger and then either bolt or t-bolt the bracket to the pipe.
other guys use supported aluminum rod.

sorry i didnt know they didnt have 3" kits, but the reason i posted this site was because they mix-match just like what they do on that ebay site you have, which saves you a lot of money obviously.
