Just wondering..saying i were to have no rear strut and putting the seats down, would i be able to fit a JDM hood in there? I need to pick it up soon. any info appreciated. thanks.

 

you will have trouble.

 

No! The hatch won't close and at the angle the hood is in, it can easily get damage along the edges. Most of all, unless you put some type of clamp on the hatch shocks, the hatch will pound at the hood with the down force created by driving. So in just a few word IMO just don't do it!

 

The stock hood will fit with the seats laid down and no strut bar. There's about 1/2" of clearance. Not sure about JDM though...

 

NO, i have no rear seats and the thing wont fit. I also wont risk scratching up the interior.

 

i fit a rear bumper and the apexi full-catback exhaust box in car with the seats down... (this was before the rear strut bar)

 

i wouldnt try it. Its a big risk of damadging the hood.
