and what abt the hole on bottom when u open the door beside the arch
how can i fill that up . ok quick question
should i clear call rust put fiber cloth then put fiber glass (cream)type thing on top
let it dry and then sand it out and give a shape like its metal and cover the hole ?
and for arch make thick paste of fiber glass and give it shape as much as i can
or (other then welding tell me the method to attach the arch)

You aren't going to be able to fix that without a welder, sorry man. If you can't afford to have it done right, just wait and save your money until you can afford it. Fiberglass isn't going to do anything to rust like that, no matter what anyone on here might try to say.
The roof area isn't as bad, but rust is very difficult to fix so that it doesn't return. What kind of action you take to fix it depends on what your goal is with the car. If you just want a daily driver, continue to drive it and forget about the rust. If you are looking for a nice car, you might want to consider just selling it and looking for something rust free, or you will just have to spend the cash to get it done right the first time. Fixing rust incorrectly can often make the problem worse rather than better, so you need to find someone that you know does good work.
