it makes a kind of ticking sound ONLY when i accelerate...if my foot is off the gas, it doesnt make the sound...any ideas?

it also makes a sound only as soon as i take my foot OFF of the gas...this sound is more like a vibration, but like kinda higher pitched...any ideas?

who would i go to to find out? because general mechanics give me different answers...my dad says maybe idler pulley someone says motor mounts idk...

 

the ticking sound is my exhaust manifold cracked...VERY minor right now...the other sound i have yet to figure out...
