Default BOV flutters, do i loosen or tighten?

its weird typing this, but it sorta sounds like "psh..psh..psh..psh"....when i blow off (HKS SSQ). should i loosen or tighten the BOV? and when i do adjust it, do i do it at idle, or w/ the car off, and when should i stop? thanks for all the help.

doesnt matter when you adjust it ..just make sure your not driving
its only supposed to sound like that occationally! say partial boost and throttle.. full out driving.or full boost etc...it should be a loud chirp! i would tighten it alittle bit!

hmm, you might want to tap it off from the EVAP purge valve or other sources...

I only tap 2 vac lines per source....just me though...
