I was touching up my front bumper using a spray bomb and i got lazy to take the bumper off even tho it takes minutes to take off sorry guys. a little bit of paint is on my wheels and tires, the wheels are chrome/metal and when i scratch the paint off with my fingernail it comes off easy but i want something to get it all off clean

 

give claybars a try, wont scratch your clearcoat i cant imagine it could possibly scratch a wheel

 

anything other suggestions?

 

rubbing compound and for the tires just some sandpaper
