Default AEM Intake Fitment

*searched*
B18C swap in an EH2
do I buy AEM shortram intake for GSR or 92-95 civics?
I'm assuming I buy the intake intended for GSR.
Just want to clarify this before I buy it.
Right now I have ebay intake with K&N filter but I need the CARB sticker to please the smog laws of california.

Thanks in advance

B18C1 in EH2 = 98-01 GSR intake

B18C5, B16A in an EH2 = Type R intake, or B16a

The differences between these is the intake manifolds. The GSR wraps downward in the back going lower, where the B16 and B18C5 (aka type R) sit like the skunk2 intake manifolds.

Post shots of your motor so i can clarify what manifold your rockin.. From there you can determine which one you need.

btw, carb stickers dont mean **** anymore these days unless you car has passed a BAR inspection and you have the serial number on your chassis.. Just an FYI

Its a JDM GSR.
Intake manifold points downward.
It's also BAR'd.
Thanks for the info.

id say a gsr. However ive never had this swap in an eh2. The only problem i could think of occuring is not bolting up the bay directly.. But it shouldnt be an issue regardless. Basicly our chassis is the same as a gsr so it should work fine.
