Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls... It has been done!
I recently decided to stop wasting time waiting for K-Pro, I-Pro, "Stage 2", etc. and went ahead and did my own thing and increased boost levels on my car.
Initial Mods -- CTSC Stage 1
Comptech Supercharger Kit
* 3.6" pulley (4-5 psi peak)
* Ghetto crushed FPR modification
* Stock injectors
* Comptech provided spark plugs
* 82.5" 7rib Goodyear Gatorback Belt
Hondata/Comptech reflash
* VTEC drops to 3000 rpm with a VTEC window to 5800 rpm
* Ignition retarded
* Cam angle advanced
* Air fuel ratio richened
Hondata Intake Manifold Gasket
AEM Cold Air Intake
SSR 4-2-1 Race Header w/ Test Pipe
GReddy EVO2 Exhaust
Shell V-Power 91 Octane
Mobile 1 5w30
Resulting in 251.6hp/164.1tq to the WHEELS (corrected for altitude) @ 4psi
==================================================
Upgrade Mods -- COMplex Stage X
Swapped out the original 3.6" pulley for a 3.2" PulleyBoys pulley
Swapped out the original 82.5" belt for an 81" Goodyear Gatorback belt
Swapped out the original injectors for RC Engineering 650cc saturated injectors w/ clips
Installed the AEM F/IC (Fuel & Ignition controller) using the Boomslang harness
Resulting in 272hp/181.3tq to the WHEELS (corrected for altitude) @ 6psi
==================================================
I brought my car to Tobi @ TC Performance in Arvada, CO since he is the ONLY local tuner that I trust to tune my car, and has experience tuning with the F/IC.
Tobi wants to perform some more fine tuning on the street to get rid of a small hiccup at the VTEC changeover. I will probably wait because I am preparing to increase boost yet again. (8-9psi / 3" pulley)
I may even have to bust out my trusty video camera to update my age old YouTube videos.
Much love and thanks to Tai and Remy @ CorSport, Tobi @ TC Performance, and Greg @ Redshift for motivating me to even try all this.
Updates 7/1/2009: 3.0" pulley installed, waiting on FlashPro, Fuel Pump, and tuning for e85!

nice numbers.
when you plan on going up to 8-9 psi, do you polan on going to meth injection/intercooler? what kind of numbers do you expect to get at 8-9psi?

VERY VERY SWEET. No what if that thing was a sleeper
would you mind revealing what everything cost as well?
Altleast give us a total figure?

Initially, probably not. Whenever some form of intercooler is manufactured, I will likely add it. I may not need it at all yet.

3.2" PulleyBoys pulley - $89 (free shipping)
81" Goodyear Gatorback belt - $44
RC Engineering 650cc saturated injectors w/ clips - $360
AEM F/IC (Fuel & Ignition controller) - $250 (retail is closer to $400)
Boomslang Harness - $400
---
So all in all, about $1150 + $600 for the tune. But the FIC, Harness, and Injectors leave room for much higher gains. So, another $90 pulley and $300 tune session will probably get me another 20whp.
So, $2100 for another 40whp over the 80whp provided by the supercharger & SSR header.

I've been admiring this car for a long, long time.
If you're ever on I-80 coming East let me know, I'd love to see the car in person.

Nice work Complex. I am still waiting for the Hondata product to come out. You having any problems with detonation?
I am dieing to kick up the boost in my supercharger but am afraid I am going to screw something up without proper fuel tuning. On the same note, I am getting really tired of waiting for Hondata to produce something.
If after a while, you still don't have any problems, I just might have to follow your lead.

hmm well i figured since its a hi comp motor the boost wasnt good for it, or u can boost but u have to boost real low psi.. but then again.. the stock k series can hold 42 psi lol
Hey where did you buy your FIC and boomslang harness?
Did you in any way splice your stock harness?
I wanna buy the AEM unit, but the guy i was going to make tune it said he would have to splice my stock harness to connect it.

42 psi....as in the cylinder walls? because i doubt your rods would hold that much so this info seems very misleading...

Call CorSport (http://www.CorSportUSA.com) for the FIC, and the Boomslang harness can be purchased from Boomslang Fabrication (http://www.boomslang.us/aemfic.htm)
No splicing required with the Boomslang Harness.

there is a video about this. its an eg hatch on the dyno with a turbo k series, stock internals. they blew it up on the dyno at 42 psi.
