is this OEM honda? or is it an infamous "Type R-Style" product??

 

Comptech is a racing company that specializes in parts for Acuras. They are the real deal. You can see by their prices.

 

so i guess the quality of the lip is uncomprimised, even tho not OEM?

 

Quality is excellent. It can be bent up down and sideways and it will still bounce back to it's original shape. Comptech even shipped the lip to my friend folded in half. We were kind of weary at first but then realized there's no way you could damage the structure of that thing.

 

there's a reason why most Acura dealerships have Comptech banners in the parts department

 

cool then... i guess i'll be ordering one soon if i cant find a repalcement OEM one...

Isn't the comptech sport lip an Oem ITR lip?!?!? or is it something else?!?!

 

Basically OEM style but made by comptech.

 

Just FYI guys:

The Comptech ITR "Style" Lip and ITR "Style" Wing are made by Wings West For Comptech. I spoke to Comptech about Gasket fitting issues for a different reason and they let me know just who to take it all up with since They "Comptech" do Not manufacture the wing Or lip but, rather Wings West.

It's all good quality stuff however guys, don't get me wrong. And BTW my Dealings with Wings West Were VERY favorable and positive. It's cool when anyone sends you stuff for free!!!

uh-oh... wings west huh? is the comptech lip a bolt-on or a double-stick-tape-on?

 

It doesn't bolt on in as many locations as the factory spoiler does but it still bolts up. It does comes with double-sided tape though.

 

wow. im surprised that comptech doesnt make there own wings. I gues there more of a preformance company.

 

I have one 4 sale. Dont buy comptech buy oem.

I'm also looking to buy the comptech lip, would you guys suggest i buy it from comptechusa.com (more reputable) or have any of your heard of autocarparts.com and suggest i buy from them (cheaper).
