The car is a 91 Civic Si... The problem is there is a small rattle that comes from both quarter glass windows...this is anytime I hit a small bump and just going over bumpy roads....had anyone had this problem and solved it...is there anyway to tighten the lever that opens and closes the window...the tab outside must hide a screw but at the same time am afraid it doesnt and I will break the tab for no reason...Any help will be appreciated...

ur problem lies in the hatch area all u need to do is open ur hatch and unscrew the little black tips underneath the hatch and it should solve the problem just unscrew them enough to provide even pressure on the hatch

 

I am talking about the passanger side glass..the ones that open slightly...they seem to rattle...where do i tighten them or adjust them?

 

You answered your own question. There are 2 screws under that cover. Reset them so that there is adequate pressure on the window when its closed. Also check the other mounting points to make sure everything is tight.
