i just swapped a 2000 gsr into my 98 ex coupe, took it for a ride and the pcv box came disconnected and shot oil everywhere, cleaned up and changed oil and connected the pcv back up. took it for a ride again, running beautiful, crossing over vtec hard. then about 15-20 of driving it starts stuttering when its supposed to cross over and get progressivly worse, now the car barely goes anywhere. i pulled the wires out and in the tubes where the wires connect to the spark plugs there was a crap load of oil that came up past the top of the spark plug heads, does anyone know why this happened and if this is effecting the way my car is running, i think im gonna try to get the oil out and change the plugs, any input ? thanks

 

if there's oil in ur spark plugs, change ur gaskets seals and spark plug gasket seals. if u pull ur valve cover off, u should be able to see the valve cover gasket and the spark plug gasket. just replace those to see if it helps.

 

upp, would this effecting the stuttering problem it seems like it is misfiring because it is back firing
