i have a 96 coupe with a b18c motor, p73ecu, it was all working fine, but the other day i pulled my speed sensor wires out the clip on accident, and i dont know if they touched or arc'ed on something, but after that happend, my fuse #15 blow(altonator fuse), and i got it fixed now, but now my cars running really weird, and the CEL is on so i tryed pinning it but its just giving me like the ready light, so i took it to auto zone, and advanced auto, and both there obd2 scan tools are getting an erorr message sayign it cant read it, any ideas thanks!

and i have tryed pulling the bat neg off to restart it
