I already tried searching for the last hour but i couldnt find anything. except for one post that said that Gsr and Type R spark plugs are the same. So i was wondering if the spark plugs and spark plug wires are interchangeable? cause im about to buy new plugs and wires but the prices for both are different sometimes. I have a type r motor but i was looking into getting NGK blues and NGK platnums but they dont offer platnums for type rs and they do for gsr's thats why i was wondering thanks..

Wires are the same. The plugs are interchangeable, but the ITR plugs are one step hotter.

 

so if i were to buy some ngk platinum for a gsr but gap it to type r would that work ok or just stick to a type r plug?

Buy ITR plugs
