I want to rev at least 9K , what is up with the Girdle? someone said that my bottom end cant handle it, wondering if there is a diff in cranks on B20B and GSr, please advise, ty....ALSO what Bearings would be recomended?
Searching either here or in the All Motor forum would answer all of these questions.
The stock B20 Crank can handle 9k rpms. A girdle is just extra assurance. I believe the Gsr Crank is different from the B20/LS Crank which are identical. Honda OEM Bearings work very very well, as do ACL's if you have the right clearance to use them.
