Hey guys,
What does the tial wastegate sound like when it opens?
I get this crazy LOUD screeching noise when I boost. I am pretty sure it does it right at around 6psi I was wondering if it was my wastegate, but I have a closed loop design. I really wanna figure out what it is! It doesn't sound like a wastegate opening, but I have never heard a tial b4. I figured they all sounded the same.
Please let me know what you think.

un hook the dump tube for it and boost it, that should tell you

Hey thats a good idea, but I am not sure if I will here over this screech, unless that is a wastegate screech:-/ I will try it.

sure its not your timing belt?

well, I am pretty sure it isn't my timing belt it makes a whistling noise. Plus it only happens during boost, it doesn't matter the RPM. It happens mostly at full boost.

Hey,
I am gonna try it tomorrow(sunday) I will let you know what happens. I drove the car again, and it happened b4 I hit the wastegate. I steadily gets louder till it is really loud at full boost. I will let you know tomorrow

sure it isnt just yor turbo spooling?

tial doesnt make any noises closed-loop
