i just looked up and older integra on in.honda.com, (i work at acura so i cant look up honda specs) but an 86 integra (the closest thing i could find to your application) spec is MINIMUM 10psi at idle and 50psi at 3k at operating temp.

now, this ISN'T the spec for your car. this is just to give you an idea, most hondas oil pressure specs are pretty close. hopfully someone with honda isis access will post your models spec. but in my OPINION (not responible for blown up...blah blah blah) your oil pressure seems ok. you can alwyays run thicker oil to boost the pressure if you are worried...

just out of curiosity, how much was that pressure guage, that would be a nifty tool to have at work... and does it use an oil line all the way to the guage or send an analog voltage?
