anyone know the tq. spec for a golden eagle sandwich plate?

will be feeding my turbo with an golden eagle sandwich plate. i just want to see if someone know the tq. spec for the bolt. i dont want to over tighten the bolt and have any leaks. thanks

Are you talking about bolt that your oil filter screw into? if so, I believe it's 50-54 ft. lbs.
