I used to meet up there all the time when I went to college out there! 2000-2004.

I should head out there sometime just to check out my old stomping grounds.

Im good. We have been going to in-out for years. the police come almost every time. The police follow you down the street when you leave and pull you over. I would say try a different place.

 

Very odd, what in and out?? We haven't had any police instances since I started up the TI bi-weeklies in modesto. Back in jan. and no problems since, we're usually outta there by around 10-10:30 so no harassment what-so-ever. Maybe when you leave you cause a noise disturbance, peeling off, revving, loud music,etc....

 

i'm from modesto too. what car do you drive. and no i'm not a thief.
