I am currently having a small problem with my AC. When I turn on the AC it blows, but the blowing fluctuates. ie. I put it on 4 (blows most), but then after 5 seconds the blowing would go down like it was on 1 (blows least) then after 5 seconds it will blow hard again.. it would do this consistently. I have checked all the fuses and they're fine.. Any advice? Thank you.

 

could be the blower motor or the fan switch ?

 

I checked the constant 12v (white/blue wire) behind the AC unit and there is no voltage. Could this be a fuse?
