Is there a schrader valve on the fuel rail of a 2000 Civic HX?

Is there a schrader valve on the fuel rail of a 2000 Civic HX?
I have examined the rail, as well as the service manual, and cannot seem to find a schrader valve.
Although this is a pic of an older rail, it has similar attributes.
