I took my car with the mystery problem to my local ase shop and of course it was expensive but at least they let supply mt own parts heres what was wrong

-the IACV was plugged
-the idle screw had been tamped with and something on it was bent to a point were they told me to go and get another one also the way it was set the butterfly vavle was partially open the whole time no wonder it guzzeled gas and killed the o2 sensor!!!

in the end it cost about 350 bucks but I also had the a/c fixed so I don't guess that too bad I also bought a used throttle body $30 and a new IACV $80

anyone else ever have this problem???
