i changed my springs...........
i originally has Suspension Techniques Sports which claim to lower about 1.3". i had them for about 2 years and i had no real complaints about them at all. i had them mouted onto a set of KYB AGX shocks and it rode very nice and handled OK.
well i decided i wanted to go a little lower and i wanted to improve the spring rates. so i searched around and i decided on H&R Sports. but not the regular Sports for the Integra i choose the H&R sports designed for the Integra Type-R part number: 29502
they claim to lower 1.5F and 1.3R from the stock ITR height so that translated to about 1.7F and 1.5R which is about the same ans the H&R sports for the Integra.
the spring rates for the H&R ITR sports are 360lbs front and 320lbs rear (compared tot he H&R Sports for the Integra with 276lbs front and 276lbs rear) they make the car much more neutral in the corners and it still rides suprisingly well. the ride height is very nice too........so far i havent bottomed out yet but i think i will depending on the road condition i'm on.
all in all a very nice suspension combo with the KYB AGX shocks and front and rear ITR sway bars.......the car handles better than ever......

I ordered the same springs for my GSR.
They ride very well too actually , and on stock shocks!
no bouncyness or harshness either when on rough roads. they are very comfortable and I also am absolutely completey happy with H&R's springs
