Default Oil out the exhaust?!

I have a turbocharged 99 si. Forged internals and head studs. Everytime the car starts to warm up, it smokes really white and oil comes out the exhaust. I looked under the car and the downpipe has oil on it and drips toward the flex pipe. I'm using mobil 1 syntec 5-30. When I was using honda OEM 10-30, smoke wasn't too bad. Maybe a few puffs here and there. My turbo just got rebuilt and my car just tuned by Shawn from church's automotive. The car runs like a champ! What could it be? Help me out please!
