hey guys id like to know wher i can buy the 30 amp relay for my jdm headlihgt?pepboys dont have em, already called kragen and they dont have em too.. i need to get it asap

 

Try checking ebay.. if it is an option to order one online..

parts plus , auto zone, napa auto or winchester auto parts or the wrecking yard.

 

Try an alarm/electric shop. When I had my retrofit done, I had them installed the relay for me.

 

yeah that'd be your best bet. my buddy had the same problem and we tried everywhere and couldn't find it, till we tried a alarm shop but yeah they'll charge you.

 

check out bestbuy, frys or any electronics shop if you cant find it at an autoparts store

 

I liked using the DEI SPST 30/40A relays. You could use a SPDT relay too and just not use the other pole.

 

i find napa to be the best for REAL parts, pepboys is nice for speakers and neons, but pepboys, advance, autozone... theyre just not the kind of place professionals would go to.

napas real good, where i live theres levine, and garys, which are also real good. but if you have a REAL local place, go to the counter and he may be able to order it for you.


other than that, yeah any car electronic shop may have it. bestbuy possibly, when i needed a 60A glass fuse for my amp, i had to order it online. honestly if you dont mind waiting for shipping, ebay may be your best bet.
