Pin Stripes Help
Are they painted on or are they stickers?
If they're stickers, use a pneumatic eraser wheel. They're awesome. Not cheap, though. I'd check to see if someone you know has one.
If they're painted on, then you can wipe them off with a thinner (I've used DuPont's Permabase Thinner), unless they have a clear on top of them, which I don't see too often. Or, you can burn them off with a buffer and an aggressive compound. Buffing has always been the easier way to go for me.
Edit: If they've been cleared over during an aftermarket paint job, you don't want to remove them unless you want to get the car repainted. Trust me on this.
