Ive gone through various posts here on H-T regarding the best turbo cam, but i still seem the be lost. So i decided to put up 4 options, let me know what you think is the best..... If you know of a set of cams that is better let me know whats good!
This is going to be for a Supertech Built B16 head, boosted.
1. CTR Cams
2. ITR Cams
3. Crower Stage II Cams
4. Skunk2 Pro 1's
Let me know what cam is going to give me the best results!

Power Goal is Basically all i can squeeze out of it! Dont really have a set goal.
Its going to be a Daily Driver for a couple of months then its going to be a weekend warrior and Track car. I dont mind sacrificing good idel to have a Bad *** Cam set up.
Its my brothers car running a B16 Motor, 9:1 CP pistons/eagle rods/stock sleeves. Built Head B16 With Supertech spring/retainers/valves. Turbonetics t3/t4 turbo 50 trim. 2 1/2 Inch Downpipe. Edelbrock Intake Manifold. Ramhorn Turbomanifold. All tied in with Hondata.

I would go with a set of ITR cams. You have a lot of work to do on your setup before you need to worry about other methods of gaining power. First of all, your turbo is rather small and your DP should be a 3". If you fixed those two issues, you'd pick up a decent amout of power with your stock cams.
My suggestions:
-Better turbo (57 trim +)
-3" dp and exhaust
-ITR cams

I've been reading alot about GSR Intake Cam and ITR Exhaust Cam
Alot of people say this is the best combo for stock cams. I have them sitting in my room and will be trying it mid month.

I personally would use the biggest cam, which is the Skunk Pro 1's but my application is probably different from yours. You have to be careful putting big cams in because you have to watch out for the increased lift and duration...especial if you dont degree the cams in. Get the cam that fits your budget and application. Alot of the aftermarket turbo cams have really similar duration and slightly higher lift than ITR's but they reduce the amount of overlap (separate the lope Centers) which most turbo applications like.
On another note...most of people that tell you to use stock B16 and GSR cams usually dont know what overlap, lobe separation, duration and lift do to a motor and how they directly affect the overall performance and output of the engine.

After reading PHDZINE's post, it sounds like the Skunk 2's are going to be your best choice. I chose the ITRs because they seem to work very well on lower number setups like yours. Another choice is the Blox B's. They're fairly similar to the ITRs with a slightly higher lift, but much the same duration IIRC.

your goign to limit the flow capabilities of the 50 trim turbo before cams become an issue. Ive seen pretty aggressive all motor cams make great power on turbo setups. Overlap seems to help both turbocharged motors and allmotor setups, excessive overlap can be a bad thing on a tubro car but it would take a pretty knarly cam profile to run into that problem, plus with adjustable cam gears you can dial them to whatever your motor works best with.

ITR cams are very good cams. Just like I mentioned earlier,a lot of the aftermarket turbo cams are very similliar to ITR's but with more lift and less overlap. Also stock cams are alot easier and safer when you start to play around with the cam gears. With big lift and duration, you really need to becareful and know your clearances.

I tuned a B17 GSR with CTR pistons and crane stage III cams on 10 PSI with a 60-1. It was wicked fast for 10 PSI.. The cams made HUGE difference.. Later he sold them a dropped in some GSR cams, and the car felt a great deal slower with the stockers. Those cams work very well on with boost.

Well after further research and plenty hours of Honda-T reading and taking all your inputs.
He has decided to upgrade Turbo, and get a 3" downpipe and Run the SKUNK2 Pro1's!!!
Thanks all, I'll let you know how the car does!!

I have the Blox pro 1 replicas in my built b16 with a 57 trim turbo and 3 in. downpipe and I love them! Pro 1's are def. the way to go. The idle isn't that bad either with a good tune. Blox Pro 1's + b16's= revving to the sky and and not looking back

I know they are not available again until May/June 08 according to his site, but what about the Brian Crower Forced Induction BC0011 cams? I have emailed him for an exact date of when they will be avail. but why use all motor cams in a FI setup? I know I have seen good numbers with all motor cams before, and I am currently running b16 cams on my turbo LS/V set up, but I have always wondered why go with the NA cams on a FI setup? What are the thoughts on these cams?
Here is a link to his site with a spec of the above cams: http://www.briancrower.com/mak...shtml
Just a thought...

"Cam lobes push the valves open, so that gases can flow in and out of the engine. We want out engine to make lots of power, so we want cams that push the valves further (more lift) and keep them open for longer (more duration) - ideally without hitting the pistons or other valves (zero interference).
