EF Spring: 4door on a hatch??

EF Spring: 4door on a hatch??
Got a 91 hatch DX, and a cracked front spring. I can find 4 door springs, will they fit right? I have never seen a 4 door spring work on the 2 door or hatch models with the newer generations, but I figured it might be close on these. Has anyone tried them?

They are the same springs and will fit fine, as long as they are from the same gen (EF, 88-91, whatever). Anything newer will not.
