here is the problem, i have a 95 ex, power window works fine over on the driver side. But on the passenger side however, will roll all the way down, but when i push the lever to roll it back up it would only go half way and stop. cause of this my car did not pass VA inspection. so, at first i thought it was the power mechanism that rolls up/down the window. changed that and hoped that it would work, but the same thing happened again, each and every time if i want the window all the way up, i have to pull up the window and press the lever at the same time. What else can be causing this issue? good advice would be appreciated. thanks

 

Check the rubber gasket that the window slides up and down in. They wear out and keep the glass from moving smoothing. Try to lube them up or just replace them if you got the cash.

 

thanks will try lubing it first, if that don't work I'll change the rubber insert but if that does not work is there a relay a power window uses

 

i got the same problem, gonna try lubbing it up later and tell you how it works
