Default will wheels fit gsr brakes????

Hi, evereyone, I have a 98 ek hatch with, 96 gsr brakes all the way around, will 96 civic hx 14" wheels fit over my calipers in the front, and work or not?

I don't believe the 14 inch HX wheels will clear the caliper unless you grind the caliper down.

or you can just use 5mm wheel spacers...which is a better choice

This might sound dumb but I was looking at the spacers on ebay and was wondering if using a few washers (5mm thick) on each stud would be a safe option??? and do they carry the spacers in stock at like discount tire or is it something that would have to be ordered?

no they will not. The spokes do not clear EX or GSR brakes.

Use a 5mm spacer. Use extended lugs. Use lug nuts from a 93-97 accord with aluminum wheels (the open ended ones).

More work than it's worth. Buy different wheels and sell yours.

You dont need extended studs with 5mm spacers.

No, washers are not going to work the same. You need a completely flat area, not flat "spaces".

Get the spacers....
