no, but the timing belt is on you just cant see it in the picture.

 

ummm i am having the same problem, but my ITR is bone stock.

 

Hows your R running with that timing. Pretty good or bad. I adjusted my Fuel Pressure Regulator to about 30psi and it started idling a little better but as soon as it warmed up the idle dropped. I just need to tune my car thats the major problem right now. Im running 370cc Injectors and the ECU still thinks that there stock 240cc. This weekend i'm going to go get it tuned and hopefully everything works out well.

pretty shitty, i am bouncing all over when idling and not running well at all.
