question about changing wheel studs?

ok so i am in the proces of swapping in my coilovers., and i need some new wheel studs. there is no way to get the studs out.....am i going to have to pull my axle out just to change my wheel studs or is there a easier way? thanks

they are the standerd size, and you wouldent by any chance know how to remove the rear struts. stock ones that is

you gotta do alot....kinda...have to push the axle in and pull the hub out. there is a tool that is used to do it, i had a bad run in recently with trying to do this...ended up taking it to the dealership, good luck
