EK vs EG physical size comparison

EK vs EG physical size comparison
Right now my del Sol fits snugly in my tiny garage...but then again, it's a tiny and low car. It fits underneath a shelf on one side and it's pretty narrow and short.
I'm thinking of getting an EK (EJ) hatch...are they significantly larger? I used to have a 2000 EM1 and I remember it being kind of a fatty, but I was wondering if anyone had specific numbers, specifically on width, that's my key concern. Length isn't an issue.
