Default oil leaking on my block

My b18c5 turbo motor is leaking tords the bottom of the block by the oil pan and oil pump. We thought that the problem was the o ring in the oil pump but we put new o ring on the pump and the crankshaft seal. We used good amounts of honda bond hoping for a strong seal.
The leak didnt go away
We tried replacing the oil pan gasket and used rtv black on both sides of the gasket
It appears to be fine there but the leak is still coming.

Here is the list of places that we checked

Breather on the back of the block
Oil feed line for turbo
Oil filter

ALL CHECKED OUT DRY no signs of oil

I know someone has had this problem before so please help me out.
Trying to take it out to the race track by this friday so im trying everything possible

THANKS

From previous experiences I never use RTV on the oil pan gasket, it never seals right with RTV, just torque it to spec and make sure it is aligned properly.

you hit all the areas unless it's leaking through the block or down from the head gasket...
