HELP!!!!! Car won't cut off with the switch

Default HELP!!!!! Car won't cut off with the switch

I swapped from DPFI to MPFI and from obd0 to obd1 and now when i start the car and try to cut if off with the switch, the switch acts like I havn't even turned it to the off position.... the switch did turn it off once or twice but that was as soon as I started the car and also the car has a code 9 and code 16 if that has anything to do with it. PLEASE.........HELP!!!!!!!

I know someone has had this probem before, I have searched and found nothing.... help again

your ignition switch is bad.


although maybe you wired up something that was switched to be constant?

Replace your ignition switch

it comes off with 2 Screws.

you can unplug it from the Fuse Block, or just cut and wire up the new one.


MAKE SURE, if you get one from a junk yards its from another 91 series
IE' Crx,Hatch.
