ok im looking for a lsd for my j1 tranny well itsd not turning out to well haha. dont wantt o blow 1000 on a lsd b/c i also want the ats 4.9 final drive. was wondering if ppl have used it and if they had any probs with it.

plus i was told that an lsd from any tranny would work in mine even a hydro trannys lsd will work in my cable

I would trust OBX for LSD

 

They work great for the low budget racer...Couple of local guys are running 10.0's with them...

 

threw one in then went to go test and it broke and the tranny went with it

So for so good with it in our car 700+whp obx lsd lasted all last season and still useing the same this season

 

I've been using OBX LSD in my b16 hydro tranny for over a year with zero problems. It was definately worth the money

 

i have a friend w/815whp and no problems

 

i just installed my obx lsd not to long ago and its a BIG difference. they work very well. i reccommend pulling it apart and checking the washers before install.

 

my obx has a little bit of play where the axles go in. is that normal?

besides that its been holding up fine. its been in a car making 400+ hp for years
