Cage bulders in so cal area?
I am building a 90' hatchback for h4 and I am to the point of installing a cage. Anybody know any "good" cagebuilders in so cal who preferebly have experience building honda roll cages.
Im not looking for anything fancy. Looking for a basic 6pt with a couple cross braces and door bars. Chromoly preffered.
Thanks for any and all input

This cage makes my eyes hurt, but it is no-doubt a fabrication work of art. I know Louie built this cage to the owner's desire and was not how Louie would have built it if you came to him and said, "build me a good cage for Honda Challenge". It is structurally overkill and too expensive for its intended purpose. Remember, great engineering isn't about making something that doesn't break or bend, but rather something that will deliver the recommended amount of deformation for the many types of load cases that the cage could possibly see in the event of a collision or roll-over. Too much structure stiffness may be even worse than not enough due to the possibility of soft tissue damage that can occur if an impact is bad enough.
However, this cage does show what Louie can do if asked. To be sure, Lewie does excellent work and is highly recommended.

At first I thought, the owner have steel sponsor
It is a work of art, in fabrication. Not in a race car build. Like Johnny Mac said, it was built to the owner's liking. That's all that matter.

Gotta recommend this guy!
He's a talented fabricator and one of the only guys I'd let touch my stuff when I wasn't doing it myself!
