Default Suspension or Strut problems or something totally different??? Help!!!

Today I was driving on the highway and when I would get to about 60/65 mph my car began to act strangely. My car felt jumpy/jerky, my speedometer went haywire, and I could not control the speed or steering of the car for about 30 seconds. It happened about 4 times, but it seemed as if I stayed below 60 mph it did not have the issues I listed above. Does anyone know what possibly could be the problem???

My car is a 2001 Honda Civic with about 89,900 miles currently.

My guess is that you have either a fuse/wiring/ground issue or your ECU is fried.
