i think it is because of my tv instalation i hit a bump and they went out the fuse keeps sparking and poping when i put it in what wires could be grounded or fudged up to cause this

 

only way to know is to get a wiring schematic and trace the wires and try to find the short.

Your best bet, take it to an electrical specialist

 

it could be your dimmer wires from you deck, cd/dvd player. since you mention about your tv installation then i'm sure it is. the orange wire going to your deck from the dash. same thing happened to me. i just wrapped the orange wire with black electrical tape. hope this help.

 

i agree w this my radio had a wire touch and it took out my tail lights and instrument panel lights, pull out your deck and check it all out make sure nothng is touching and go ahead and try to replace the fuse tape everything up real good before you put it back, if the new fuse doesnt pop as soon as you try to put it in w the deck outa the dash then there u go

mine used to do the same thing and i put a bigger fuse in, from like a 15 to a 20 to see and it hasnt gone out since. i didnt mess with any of the wires.
