Default can i run a civic radiator

can i use a stock radiator out of a civic in my accord i know id have to fab it in but would it do the job for a radiator. my a/c is out so i dont really need that side.

Most likely you could, but why? Getting the proper replacement part is a much better solution than half assing something.

If you absolutely need the space, maybe get a civic one with one or two more cores (aftermarket) Since you are going forced induction, you don't want to skimp on cooling capacity. also if you get a slim fan, make sure you get one that moves enough air. Universal fans are generally a POS...
