no its not carbon fiber it would look like it had more depth because of the weave and im almost 100 percent sure thats autozone but maybe ebay who knows either way its a no name and i personally wouldnt run it unless you like fix it tickets

autozone acually charge like 120 bucks for it as ebay only charges 40

I work at Autozone. That piece stays on the floor near exhaust tips, clamps, pipe, etc. It IS NOT an expensive piece.
