cam cap bolts snap
i just snap one of my cam cap bolts the 12mm one...and its the middle exhaust one..........is it ok to run with just one bolts off,... and if i try to fix it.......how to i fix it........do i drill a reverse tread screw inside untill it screw out.............
im assuming you overtightened it (not cross threaded). get the snapped part out....with no head on the remainder of the bolt, should be relatively easy coming out....reverse bolt remover should do it, i wouldnt leave it out...if you screw up the cap...it will get a lot more expensive. if you cant get it out on your own, take the head to a machine shop, they shouldnt have a problem getting it out.
but on a much more ghetto note (NOT RECOMMENDED)...i have ran with one stripped bolt before.

No, it is not ok to run with one missing.
How the heck did you snap it in the first place?
