Accord Turbo Problems!
Ok guys I would your assistance in troubleshooting and repairing my honda here is the setup
F22b2 , Turbo charged
Symptoms, oil in exhaust (observed myself)
Did a compression test here are the results
Cylinder 1: 165 (Spark Plug clean , Gap good)
Cylinder 2: 170 (Spark plug soaked in oil, Gap Good)
Cylinder 3: 160 (Spark Plug clean , Gap good)
Cylinder 4: 170 (Spark Plug clean , Gap good)
Any reccomendations on next step?
I was going to pull the valve cover and get a look at all that next before I move on to the head.

You can't test oil control rings. If you put oil in cylinder to see if compression raises just tests for scoring/condition of top ring. It's easy/cheap enough to slam a set of valve stem seals on without pulling the head, if it still leaks oil to foul the plug, pull the head, inspect cylinder walls for wear, if ok, hone and rering. voila.
Here are the results of the dry/wet test
Dry: 195,200,195,190
Wet: 220,215,215,220
That's when we did a second test at WOT.
That leaves to assume that the valve stem seals are bad correct?

what do you mean theres oil in your exhaust?
if theres just oil on your plugs, its not a big deal, its a common problem when the o rings go. MOST of the time, you can just pop off the valve cover, and replace the orings in there, and give it a valve adjustment while your under there and be good to go. I had oil in 3 cylinders and replaced the o rings under the valve cover and not the ones under, and i have no oil in my plugs.
