how can u tell if a motor is ciezed

i think my bottom end is ciezed but idk how to tell

IDK try to turn the crank pully

get a 19mm socket and a ratchet and put it on the crank pully and try to turn it

what he said, also remove your spark plugs will make it easier to turn.
